In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients’ customers, providing expert guidance on products and services to ensure they make informed decisions that meet their needs. Responsibilities:
✔ Train directly with management and the sales team to gain in-depth product knowledge, service insights, and sales techniques.
✔ Build rapport with customers to understand their telecommunications needs and offer tailored solutions.
✔ Handle customer information with professionalism and confidentiality while setting up accounts and processing sales contracts.
✔ Work closely with leadership to learn how to train and mentor new team members.
✔ Participate in daily meetings focused on sales strategies, customer service excellence, and leadership development.
✔ Bring fresh ideas to foster teamwork and contribute to company growth.
Qualifications:
✔ Previous leadership or management experience is a plus, but not required.
✔ Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.

✔ Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to our Indianapolis office.
