Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Cloud Operations Lead with experience in IT operations to join our expanding Cloud Managed Services Provider team. This position is based in Credence’s corporate headquarters located in Tyson’s Corner in Vienna, VA.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:
- Work with our team as a Cloud Operations Lead in our AWS GovCloud environment servicing a DoD customer.
- Manage tasking through Jira and Confluence.
- Collaborate with technical leads to perform task and work planning for the Operations Workstream.
- Develop metrics and reporting to track task work activities.
- Implement agile scrum methodologies
- Interface with Cyber/IA team members to provide reporting to our end customer from our Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS).
- Document any developed processes and procedures.
- Direct resource for Incident Management response and manage service disruptions and restoring services within agreed SLAs
- Assist project manager with monthly reporting requirements.
- Must be clearable for DoD Public Trust or higher.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Five (5) years of related work experience is required.
- Ability to work and produce results in an agile and fast-paced environment with dynamic deadlines.
Availability during non-business hours in case of production incident management events.- Familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and issue tasks to provide solutions.- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and provide the highest quality of customer service.
