Credence has a proposed effort for an upcoming contract for a Policy Analyst.
- Develop and propose new policies or modifications to existing policies based on research findings and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with federal acquisition policies and regulations, and integrate these policies into relevant systems.
- Interact with decision-makers, specialists, and experts in related fields to gather insights and feedback.
- Effectively communicate complex technical material or issues to both specialists and non-specialists, facilitating the formulation of decisions.
- Prepare clear and detailed documentation to support efficient resolution of policy-related issues.
- Assess the political and institutional environment in which decisions are made and implemented.
- Provide training and documentation to teams on policy-related processes and procedures.
- Strong working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations and/or Title 2 Code of Federal Regulations applicable to the IAE portfolio of systems
- Experience with connecting statutory and regulatory policy to the functionality in SAM.gov and FPDS.gov.
- General Service Administration (GSA) experience highly preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience with relevant software applications such as word processing and spreadsheets
- Minimum 2 years experience as policy analyst, government contracts manager, or related field
- Bachelors degree in an applicable discipline
- Required to have US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Clearance if required.
