Position Overview:
The Product Solutions Manager is responsible for leading the Product Solutions team to deliver innovative and effective product solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth. This role involves overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of product strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. The Manager will leverage industry expertise and market insights to guide product solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy and Development: Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's vision and market demands. Lead the design, development, and launch of new product solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer expectations. Collaborate with product development teams to define product requirements, features, and specifications.
- Team Leadership and Management: Manage and mentor the Product Solutions team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Oversee team performance, set clear goals, and conduct regular performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Market and Customer Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and innovations. Develop customer personas and use cases to ensure product solutions address real-world needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to align product solutions with business objectives. Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support. Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Product Optimization and Performance: Monitor and evaluate the performance of product solutions, using metrics and data to drive improvements. Implement strategies to enhance product functionality, user experience, and overall effectiveness. Manage product lifecycle from inception to retirement, including updates and enhancements.
- Project Management: Lead and manage product-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. Develop project plans, allocate resources, and track progress to achieve project milestones. Address and resolve project issues and risks as they arise.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present reports on product performance, market trends, and team activities to senior management. Maintain comprehensive documentation of product solutions, including specifications, user guides, and training materials. Ensure all product-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Customer Engagement and Support: Engage with key customers to understand their needs and gather insights for product development. Provide support and guidance to customers regarding product solutions, addressing any issues or concerns. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related role, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity. Proven track record of successful product management and team leadership. Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Excellent leadership and people management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in product management tools and software. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies is a plus.
Language Ability:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to create clear and compelling reports, presentations, and product documentation. Capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and with external partners.
Math Ability:
Proficient in analyzing data and metrics related to product performance. Ability to perform financial analysis, including budgeting and forecasting for product initiatives.

Computer Skills:

Skilled in project management software (Asana, Trello), collaboration tools (Teams), and Microsoft Office Suite. Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, and cloud platforms is a plus.
Certificates and Licenses:
Professional certifications related to product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Product Management Professional) are a plus.
Travel:
Occasional travel may be required for customer meetings, industry events, or team collaboration.
