JOB DESCRIPTION
Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and recording business transactions, balancing ledgers, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. Key duties include managing accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll in compliance with relevant laws, and preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements. The role also involves assisting with tax preparations and audits, preparing monthly and quarterly reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure the accuracy of financial data. Additional administrative and financial duties will be required as needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist Customers with applications as needed.
- Assist the Agencies with applications as needed.
- Analyze qualifying renewals (with branches backup as needed).
- Evaluate Customers applications based on company’s criteria to approve, deny, or request more information.
- Manage live chat with customers through Zendesk for applications only.
- Send denial letters when applicable.
- Discard expired completed applications (not approved).
- Backup outbound or incoming sales calls when needed.

Qualifications
- Bilingual in both Spanish and English
- Previous Customer Service experience preferred.
- Previous CRM experience preferred.
