Overview
Auspicious Community Service is currently hiring a Client Services Coordinator to support our operations remotely (for now) in Nacogdoches, TX and surrounding areas. This full-time role is essential in ensuring the smooth delivery of Mental Health Targeted Case Management (MHTCM) services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting new clients, supervising QMHPs, verifying insurance, overseeing the intake process, assigning clients to staff, maintaining quality assurance with families, and ensuring client files are accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities
- Recruit and enroll new clients through community outreach, referrals, and coordination with schools, clinics, and local resources.
- Oversee daily activity of QMHPs, ensuring all clients are receiving services as scheduled and per state requirements.
- Assign clients to appropriate QMHP staff based on caseload, availability, and client needs.
- Verify Medicaid or insurance eligibility for all incoming clients during the intake process.
- Conduct and/or assist with client intake, ensuring all required documentation is completed and submitted correctly.
- Review and maintain client folders, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and updated records (e.g., consents, assessments, service plans, and progress notes).
- Perform quality assurance check-ins with clients and families to ensure satisfaction and service delivery.
- Monitor QMHP documentation for completeness, timeliness, and alignment with service plans.
- Provide guidance and support to QMHPs regarding best practices, compliance issues, and client needs.
- Communicate with LARs, schools, and outside service providers when necessary to support client success.
- Prepare and submit internal reports regarding service delivery, client engagement, and staff performance.
- Collaborate with the agency director to address issues related to staff, service quality, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in a managerial, coordinator, or supervisory role, preferably in mental health, social services, or community programs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple staff, clients, and tasks at once
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — must be professional, approachable, and able to build trust with families and staff
- Comfortable assigning tasks, tracking performance, and holding others accountable
- Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is complete and up to date
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use email, digital forms, and shared folders (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree is preferred, but not required
- Must pass a background check
