About The Role
Click Therapeutics is offering an exciting internship opportunity for a Business Development Intern to join its dynamic Business Development team. This internship provides hands-on experience across key business development functions, strategies, and public relations, with a strong focus on supporting request for proposal (RFP) generation for pharmaceutical companies aiming to develop software-enhanced dosage forms of their drugs.
This hybrid role is based at Click’s headquarters in Tribeca, NYC, a hub of rapid growth within the digital health industry. Interns will be expected to work in the office on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage key pharmaceutical decision-makers in target markets.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for expanding the software-enhanced drugs™ RFP pipeline.
Support planning and logistics for industry networking events.
Conduct research on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to refine product positioning and messaging.
Optimize, automate, and maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects within the CRM system.
Qualifications
Rising Sophomore or Junior currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Life Sciences or Business.
Strong teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
Demonstrated professional work ethic.
Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and LinkedIn.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Hands-on experience through internships, jobs, research, or personal projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in Consulting, Business Development, or Healthcare.
Fundamental understanding of clinical development, pharmaceutical commercialization, and reimbursement, along with related technical terminology.
Awareness of emerging trends and advancements within the biopharma industry.
Compensation and Schedule
Hourly Rate: $22/hr
Hours: 30 hours per week
Duration: 10 weeks (May 20th – August 1st, 2025)
