About The Role
Pano is looking for a Geospatial Data Analyst to support camera deployment site selection and enhance geospatial analytics capabilities. Reporting to the Data Scientist Lead, this role will involve geospatial analysis, automation of site analysis tools, and collaboration with operations, sales, and customer success teams.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with customer success, sales, and operations teams to define geospatial data needs
Utilize GIS software to identify optimal locations for remote camera deployments
Generate customized maps, web applications, and data streams to support internal stakeholders
Develop tools for automation of site selection processes
Train internal users and provide technical support for geospatial tools
Collaborate with data scientists and technical teams on special projects
Occasional domestic and international travel (0-25%)
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Math, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field
Proficiency in ArcGIS/ESRI or equivalent GIS tools
Strong mathematical background and critical thinking skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Nice to Have
Experience with Python for automation
Proficiency in SQL and relational database design
Knowledge of Salesforce data integration
Compensation And Benefits
Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
