About The Role
Flex is looking for a Data Analyst to join the Operations team in Salt Lake City, UT. Reporting to the Operations Director, the Data Analyst will play a key role in data acquisition, management, evaluation, and reporting to support business decision-making. This position will be responsible for maintaining data integrity, improving reporting processes, and generating actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and resolve data integrity issues by evaluating patient data management systems and ensuring accurate reporting
Develop and maintain databases for projects and department functions, abstracting data from internal and external sources
Implement data collection systems to enhance statistical efficiency and quality
Interpret complex datasets to generate insights, trends, and recommendations
Develop custom reports, dashboards, and presentations for management decision-making
Conduct basic statistical analyses and ensure quality reporting through automation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data-driven processes
Who You Are
1-4 years of experience in data models and database design
Proficiency in SQL and XML
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
Experience with query development and report writing
Ability to present complex data in an understandable format
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
