About The Role
Parametric is seeking an Analyst to join the Investment Proposal Team, supporting the Institutional and Wealth Management sales teams. This role focuses on managing quantitative data, supporting due diligence requests, and delivering insights that drive informed investment decisions. The Analyst will collaborate with multiple teams, ensuring accuracy in reporting and enhancing Parametric’s ability to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Assist In Monthly, Quarterly, And Annual Data Compilation For
Databases (Morningstar, eVestment, etc.)
RFPs/RFIs/DDQs
Strategy-level client reporting
Marketing materials
Utilize FactSet and internal data systems to generate performance reports, AUM statistics, and investment analytics
Support Institutional Sales and Wealth Management teams with ad hoc analysis
Collaborate on high-visibility projects guided by senior analysts and management
Maintain attention to detail and precision, ensuring data integrity across all reporting functions
Develop specialized knowledge of Parametric products and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
1-3 years of relevant experience (including internships) in investment management, strategy, or finance
Strong mathematical and quantitative skills
Proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP); familiarity with Alteryx, Tableau, or macros is a plus
Experience With FactSet And Investment Analysis Tools Is Preferred
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Intellectual curiosity with a desire for continuous learning and process improvement
Compensation And Benefits
Salary Range: $70,000 - $150,000 per year
