About The Role
Click Therapeutics is seeking a People Operations Intern to join its dynamic People team. This internship presents a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, policies, and procedures while actively contributing to the success of both the People department and the organization. Working closely with experienced HR professionals, the intern will gain valuable insight into recruitment, colleague relations, onboarding, training, and other key HR initiatives.
This position is based at Click Therapeutics’ headquarters in Tribeca, NYC, within one of the fastest-growing digital health communities. This is a hybrid internship, requiring in-office presence on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Responsibilities
Assist in the creation of documentation related to policies, onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.
Support recruitment efforts by drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting in the selection process.
Conduct research and participate in recruiting and branding activities, including career fairs.
Assist in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives by conducting research and supporting strategy development.
Contribute to colleague engagement efforts, including assistance with company events such as Click’s Summer Bash.
Provide support on additional special projects as needed.
Qualifications
Rising sophomore or junior currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.
Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Demonstrated professional work ethic.
Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or Psychology.
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $22/hour
Hours and Duration
Schedule: Part-time, 30 hours per week
Internship Duration: 10 weeks, from May 20th - August 1st, 2025
