About The Role
Brillio is seeking a 2024 MBA Graduate to join the Founder’s Office, collaborating closely with the CEO and senior leadership on high-impact strategic initiatives. This role provides end-to-end exposure to business strategy, corporate planning, and executive decision-making in a rapidly growing IT services company.
Key Responsibilities
Support the founder and leadership team in shaping and executing Brillio’s long-term strategic roadmap
Design and develop executive presentations, board decks, and investor reports to communicate key business insights and growth strategies
Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking to provide actionable recommendations
Analyze financial and operational data to identify growth opportunities and enhance business performance
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Finance teams to drive strategic initiatives
Lead high-impact projects, including MandA research, strategic partnerships, and emerging technology innovation
Who You Are
2024 MBA graduate from a top-tier business school
1-3 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or a high-growth tech environment (preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex business challenges
Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities, with proficiency in PowerPoint and data visualization tools
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and dynamic environment
Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and market research tools
