Key Responsibilities
Work collaboratively to deliver impactful programming for early-in-career hires
Utilize tools such as Excel to track and manage data throughout program lifecycles
Coordinate communication between stakeholders, business sponsors, and vendors
Respond to inquiries via a shared inbox, becoming proficient in frequently asked questions
Produce Zoom meetings to ensure seamless program execution
Schedule complex events and manage overlapping calendar invitations
Participate in program debriefs and continuous improvement discussions
Apply best practices across the program lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
Who You Are
Experience leveraging AI-driven tools, automation, and analytics to optimize workflows
1 years of project management experience in fast-paced environments
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent prioritization and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Zoom
