Job Responsibilities
Design and develop new experiences for eBay sellers and advertisers to enhance product promotion, campaign management, and business operations using HTML/CSS and UI JavaScript frameworks.
Develop and implement reusable, efficient, flexible, and intuitive front-end components utilizing both open-source and eBay-specific technologies.
Evaluate storage needs and provide technology recommendations, including defining domain services, interface definitions, and testing architecture.
Identify technical challenges, propose optimal solutions, and oversee implementation to align with business objectives.
Participate in technical discussions and contribute to cross-functional Agile teams to deliver iterative improvements to customers.
Apply coding and testing standards to ensure high-quality software development and deployment.
Engage with eBay’s internal open-source community, sharing code and collaborating on various projects.
Build, test, and deploy software continuously, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.
Partial telecommuting permitted within a commutable distance.
Minimum Requirements
Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a closely related field.
At least one year of experience in a relevant role.

Salary Range: $172,000 - $234,000 per annum.

Base pay may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and experience.
Additional compensation elements may include a target bonus and restricted stock units, along with a comprehensive benefits package, which may include 401(k) eligibility, paid time off, parental leave, and various medical and financial benefits.
