Job Description
- Fully support, configure, maintain, and upgrade corporate customer's networks and in-house servers
- Maintain Physical Unix, Windows, Linux Servers
- Install and integrate new server hardware and applications
- Manage Samsung's in-house security solution management
- Project management, planning, DR, new system designs and implementation
- Keep an eye out for needed updates
- Backup, DR, Cluster maintenance
- Support and administer third-party applications
- Ensure network security and connectivity
- Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses
- Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords
- Resolve problems reported by an end-user
- Define network policies and procedures
- Specify system requirements and design solutions
- Update and maintain Active Directory users and group
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in Microsoft Serve Admin with AD Build, GP management, AD DNS management, AD architecture management (Required)
- Experience in managing DNS servers(Required)
- Experiences in managing WSUS and SCCM(Required)
- 6~9 years of related work experience with Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven experience as an IT System Administrator Manager or a similar senior role
- In-depth knowledge of various operating systems, platforms, databases and networks
- Familiarity with system security, backup and recovery, patch management, and automation tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and web hosting technologies
- Knowledge of networking services and standard networking protocols
- Computer proficiency and understanding of various types of hardware
- Ability to problem solve and think critically
- Familiarity with project management skills
