About The Role
Click Therapeutics is seeking a UX Research Intern to join its team for the summer. This role offers an opportunity to work alongside a passionate and talented group dedicated to designing products that enhance patient health outcomes. The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, software tools, and the rapidly evolving digital healthcare industry.
Based at Click Therapeutics' headquarters in Tribeca, NYC, this hybrid internship requires in-office attendance on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with research, design, product, and science teams, acting as an advocate for patients.
Conduct both generative and evaluative research to inform product development.
Develop research screeners, interview guides, and unmoderated study questions.
Facilitate user interviews and manage unmoderated UX studies.
Synthesize research findings into comprehensive reports to effectively communicate patient insights.
Contribute to various projects while also leading a summer research initiative focused on patient engagement.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree, entering sophomore or junior year.
Portfolio demonstrating a foundational understanding of user research methodologies.
Familiarity with design-thinking approaches.
Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and data-driven decision-making skills.
Passionate About User Experience, Design, And UX Best Practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Interest or experience in healthcare-related fields.
Compensation
$22 per hour
Hours And Duration
Part-time, 30 hours per week
Internship duration: 10 weeks (May 20th - August 1st, 2025)
