Outcomes and Activities :
- This position will work from home; occasional planned travel to an assigned Southfield, Michigan office location may be required. However, this position is permitted to work at a Southfield, Michigan office location if requested by the team member.
- Design, develop, and enhance cloud-based software solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs, ensuring efficient communication between services.
- Utilize Python for backend development, automation, and cloud-based applications.
- Gain hands-on experience working with AI chatbots and explore prompt engineering techniques to optimize interactions.
- Use Postman to test and debug APIs, ensuring functionality and performance.
- Write and execute unit tests to validate software functionality and meet acceptance criteria.
- Adhere to team coding, documentation, and testing standards for maintainability and collaboration.
- Participate in peer code reviews and communicate application changes effectively.
- Document code, features, and project details to support knowledge sharing and future enhancements.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and debug cloud-based applications and services.
- Read, interpret, and contribute to software design documentation.
- Actively participate in Agile practices, contributing to sprint commitments and team deliverables.
- Develop an understanding of cloud technologies and business processes to build scalable solutions.
