What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Account Representative position at Credit Bureau Systems?
The CBS Call Center is seeking qualified applicants to fill a position within our Clarksville physician call center answering incoming patient calls. One year of previous insurance billing experience is a plus. Training will be provided. This position is full-time. Hours are Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Call center representatives work directly with patients in resolving accounts, answering patient questions, and reviewing payment plans. Salary plus benefits are included within the compensation package provided. One year retention bonus also offered.
