Position Description:
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Trainer with substantial experience in the following: employee onboarding, sales training, and SaaS products. This individual needs to be well rounded trainer and a great facilitator. They should be an expert in content creation and design. This person will join our amazing team at our headquarters in Frisco, TX.
About the Role
Perform day-to-day learning and development activities, including training of new hires, overall onboarding, support sales and field teams with product training and deliver L&D analytics.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on our automotive SaaS products for internal teams.
- Customize training content to meet the specific needs of different departments and audiences, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
- Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
- Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, e-learning modules, and videos.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, surveys, and feedback, and continuously improve content and delivery methods.
- Collaborate with product development and customer support teams to stay updated on new features, product updates, and best practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in automotive SaaS and training.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Business, Technology) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a corporate trainer, with a focus on SaaS products
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and teach new software products.
- Experience with e-learning tools and platforms is a plus.
- Ability to travel as needed for in-person training sessions.
