Automotive SaaS Corporate Trainer

Position Overview

Informativ is seeking a dynamic Corporate Trainer with proven experience in SaaS products and corporate learning and development, particularly in the automotive or tech industries. This role requires expertise in employee onboarding, sales training, and designing tailored training solutions for cross-functional corporate teams. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for internal teams, focused on SaaS products in the automotive space.
• Collaborate closely with product development, sales, and support teams to design training materials that meet departmental goals and align with product updates.
• Create diverse training content, including e-learning modules, video tutorials, manuals, and in-person/virtual workshops.
• Customize training sessions for technical and non-technical audiences across departments, ensuring that content is both relevant and actionable.
• Lead engaging training sessions for new hires, sales teams, and product specialists—both in person and virtually—across multiple locations.
• Continuously evaluate and refine training programs based on participant feedback, performance data, and evolving business needs.
• Stay informed about industry trends in automotive SaaS, instructional design, and adult learning techniques to ensure our training is cutting-edge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Business, Technology, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years of corporate training experience within a SaaS or automotive environment.
• Proven track record in content development and instructional design, particularly for corporate L&D programs.
• Strong familiarity with SaaS platforms and automotive technologies, and the ability to translate technical features into easy-to-understand training material.
• Skilled in facilitation and delivering impactful training to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with e-learning platforms, instructional technology, and virtual training tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
• Ability to travel occasionally for in-person training sessions.

Pay: $85,000.00 per year
