Job Description
We seek a detail-oriented, analytical professional to join our team as a Data Analyst. This role is critical to our operations, providing real-time insights that drive decision-making and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, and interpreting key performance data across millions of accounts, helping to optimize strategies and improve business outcomes. This is an in-office position.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze & Interpret Data – Pull, process, and interpret key performance metrics (KPIs), including IDLs, customer communications (letters, calls, texts, emails), and account trends.
- Generate Actionable Insights – Provide leadership with daily reports and performance dashboards, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Ensure Data Accuracy & Integrity – Maintain high data consistency and reliability standards in all reporting and analysis.
- Support Strategic Decision-Making—Present insights clearly and concisely, translating complex data into practical business recommendations.
- Optimize Reporting Tools – Develop and refine customized reports and dashboards to monitor key metrics efficiently.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with operations, finance, and senior leadership to drive data-driven strategies.
Skills and Specifications
- Strong Analytical Skills – Ability to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
- Advanced Excel Skills – Proficiency in pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and advanced formulas is required. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is a plus.
- Business Acumen – Ability to connect data insights to operational and financial outcomes.
- Attention to Detail – A meticulous approach to ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Communication Excellence – Ability to present complex data, concisely, and actionable.

Salary
