As a payment Processor, you will play a crucial role in our operations. Your responsibilities will include updating account balances in our system of record by posting payments made via mail, over the phone, or via our web portal. You will also be responsible for reconciling payment batches to deposit records, identifying and correcting any errors found, and researching and responding to internal email inquiries.
To be successful, a Payment Processor must have excellent oral and written communication skills and a keen attention to detail. In addition, time management and multitasking skills are essential, as the Payment Processor may be given several different tasks at a time. We prefer someone with at least one year of administrative experience in a financial or data entry role, but we are willing to train the right person!
Applicants should meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing demands and shifting priorities.
- One year of experience performing administrative and clerical procedures is preferred but optional.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required
- You are required to take a background check and drug screen.
Our office is conveniently located right off the highway in a recently updated modern building and workspace in Earth City, MO. This is where you will be working in person.
