Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities to manage Credit Card: Work closely with Lead Bank, Analytics, Finance, and Product to manage needs of the credit card program.
- Monitor and optimize operations performance: Regularly analyze operational data, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights that drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Knowledge base content writing: Develop and maintain clear, up-to-date knowledge base articles to enhance team and customer understanding of processes, policies, and FAQs.
- Policies and Procedures (P&P) writing: Draft, revise, and maintain operational procedures to ensure clarity and alignment across teams. Support training initiatives to ensure team members are knowledgeable and effective.
- Quality management: Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of service delivery, ensuring all operations meet regulatory and performance expectations.
- Monitor Trustpilot and similar platforms: Oversee customer feedback on Trustpilot and other review platforms, ensuring prompt responses and contributing to reputation management.
- KPI performance monitoring and ad hoc analysis: Track operational KPIs, work with the analytics team to conduct deep-dive analyses, and identify areas for improvement to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Testing and validation: Participate in the testing of new systems, processes, and tools to ensure they align with operational goals and perform as expected before full-scale implementation.
- Coordinating issues remediation and documentation: Take charge of managing operational issues, coordinating response teams, and documenting resolutions to prevent future incidents. Provide clear communication throughout the process.
- Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and disaster management: Contribute to the development, implementation, and regular testing of BCP strategies to ensure operational resilience in the event of disruptions.
- Support back-office operations: Handle essential back-office tasks that fall outside the scope of the current team’s expertise, ensuring that all operational functions are supported and efficient.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in operations analysis, business operations, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics, reporting, and performance metrics.
- Proven experience in back-office operations, including supporting day-to-day business functions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, particularly in areas like finance, analytics, and product development.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with experience managing incidents and driving process improvements.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
- Knowledge of credit card operations and financial services is a plus but not required.
