As Senior Director, Media , you will lead strategy and execution for the paid, editorial, and SEO marketing teams, using data-driven and customer backed insights to maximize ROI on a nine figure budget across the full funnel. You’ll manage a team of talented marketers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cutting-edge paid media strategies that align with overall marketing and business objectives across the marketing funnel. You’ll launch and measure new activations through out of home, sponsorships, and partnerships. You’ll set the pace and implement best practices while driving new customer acquisitions, reactivations, and monetization to help our members reach their financial goals. We are looking for a transformative leader who can take bold swings with innovative approaches, has deep understanding of measurement approaches, leverages a comprehensive, full-funnel marketing approach to drive business growth and customer engagement.
