Lead the evolution of Credit Karma's visual language, partnering directly with executive leadership to shape and drive the visionCreate compelling concepts and prototypes that demonstrate potential future directions for our design system and product experienceTransform high-level direction into concrete implementation plans and execution roadmaps for our design systems teamIdentify opportunities to innovate on our component libraries, design tokens, and toolingSet the standard for visual design quality from component-level details to full user flows while balancing brand expression with platform best practicesPartner with brand design to ensure our product design system thoughtfully incorporates brand elementsCoach other designers on visual design craft and design systems thinkingResearch emerging platform patterns and technologies to inform system evolutionWhat we are looking for :
10 years product design experience with deep expertise designing consumer native app5 years design systems experienceExceptional visual and graphic design capabilitiesStrong understanding of brand design principles and applicationAdvanced knowledge of Figma, including plugins, design tokens, and component architectureDeep familiarity with iOS and Android platform patterns and evolutionExperience presenting to and influencing executive stakeholdersTrack record of driving alignment across differing viewpoints and preferencesProven ability to translate high-level vision into detailed specificationsPortfolio demonstrating range in visual exploration and systematic thinkingWhat we would like to see :
