Position Summary
Credit One Bank is looking for an ACH professional to be responsible for the governance of the Bank’s payment processes, systems and supporting vendors. This individual will identify and implementing best practices, identify control gaps and implement mitigating processes, and be the audit liaison for these functions.
Summary Essential Job Functions

Manage the performance of payment processes to ensure:
- Adherence with internal policies and procedures
- Compliance with rules and regulations
- Promote best practices.
- Controls exist within the processes or systems to achieve the proper level of risk tolerance.
- Receive audit results with no less than a satisfactory level.
- Recommend policy changes related to payment processing.
- Establish key metrics to measure and monitor payment performance to identify areas of opportunity or risk.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline payment operations and resolve any issues.
- Responsible for the oversight of the daily ACH operation functions to include resolving errors and balancing.
Position Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of work experience at a financial institution within the ACH function to include 2 years at a supervisory level.
- Knowledgeable in the NACHA (National Automated Clearing House Association) Operating rules.
- Have an Accredited ACH Professional designation or be a candidate for.
- Familiarity with OCC’s Payment Systems Handbook.
- Competent with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project/time management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and follow up to ensure achievement of deadlines, outcomes, and results.
