Position Summary
Credit One Bank is looking for a Manager, Account Services to join the Marketing Communications team. The Marketing Communications team is comprised of two arms, Accounts and Creative, and is responsible for leveraging industry and consumer knowledge to deliver impactful marketing communications campaigns and assets.
This individual will be a strong project manager and client relationship manager and will manage the creation and execution of internal and external marketing and communications projects for all areas of the Bank.
Summary Essential Job Functions
- Collaborate with internal clients and business leaders across the organization to develop effective internal and external marketing and communications campaigns utilizing print and digital mediums.
- Communicate campaign performance metrics that will inform future creative decisions.
- Craft, in collaboration with business partners, clear and detailed creative briefs.
- Translate business objectives into a clear creative request.
- Ensure all marketing assets adhere to brand guidelines as well as quality and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with MarCom leadership and creative team to ensure timely completion of projects, in accordance with established SLAs.
- Facilitate and monitor approval processes with Product and Channel owners and Compliance.
- Present campaign strategies to clients and department leadership.
- Follow established processes and workflows, taking initiative to propose optimizations as needed
- Utilize project management system (Workamajig) to manage project timelines, facilitate creative development, and run status reports.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
