Essential Job Functions
- Monitor and analyze trends in performance to identify opportunities for improvement in the application process
- Coordinate and support incident resolution amongst multiple business areas and stakeholders
- Design and deliver innovative solutions to improve efficiency and minimize risk in the application process
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Mathematics, or related field.
- 1-2 years' analytical experience in Banking, Finance, Insurance, or Gaming.
- 1-2 years' use of at least one of the following:
- Microsoft Access
- SQL Server
- Oracle
- SAS
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft tool suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Consumer Credit Card industry experience
- 1-2 years of experience working in an Agile environment or as a Product Owner
