Risk Management Training Program

Position Summary
The Risk Management Training Program (RMTP) is a one-year development program that provides recent graduates the opportunity to work in technical (fintech) Risk roles at Credit One Bank. Throughout the program, the RMTP associates will experience development in Data Strategy, P&L Analytics, and pivotal soft skills to help build their skills as data-driven leaders within our organization.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, data science, mathematics, statistics, information systems, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Final year of school (finish in May/June 2025).
Preferred:
- Work experience in the consumer credit card industry.
- Work experience in financial services.
- Excel, SAS programming, and/or SQL reporting and query skills.
Program Dates:
July 2025 - July 2026
Program Goals:
- Provide a clear career development pathway for an entry-level Risk role.
- Engage participants with developmental guidance with Data Strategy and Analytical skills.
- Establish mentorship relationships with Assistant Vice President and above leadership.
- Create brand recognition at Nevada’s and neighboring states’ colleges and universities.
