What are the responsibilities and job description for the Unit Manager position at Credit Service Company Inc?
As a Unit Manager, you will be required to manage a unit of delinquent bills. This includes calling consumers to try and rectify their delinquency, setting up payment arrangements, and proceeding with legal action if necessary. Each file is different and requires a different procedure based on what is going on inside the file. You will greet and assist with walk-in consumers/clients, as well as have a good understanding of multi-tasking, organization, and team-work skills.
On the job training is included, you will be shown what is expected from you as a Unit Manager, such as sending out notices, finding assets, and making phone calls, as well as preparing legal paperwork.
No prior knowledge of the collection industry is required.
Training on the FDCPA and FCRA regulations will be required, but will be done as apart of the training.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
