Credit Services of America is looking for a positive, enthusiastic and energetic Bilingual Customer Service/Lead Generator to assist our current clients and support our consultants. We are looking for someone that fits wells into our organization. This individual should be timely, have an excellent work ethic, reliable, team player, relentless, goal oriented, able to build relationships and proven results.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Excellent communications skills
- Able to work under pressure and stressful situations
- Use sales skills for appointment setting and prospecting
- Collection calls and client follow-up calls
- Regular review of customers payment history
- Ability to communicate and work with customers to ensure timely payments
- Ability to communicate and work with clients to ensure payments of past due invoices
- Strong correspondence and documentation of client communications
- Ability to troubleshoot when necessary with clients and their accounts
- Requires excellent customer relationship skills
- Must be able to Multi-task at a high level
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask several administrative duties
- Must have sales skills and experience in a high pace environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years prior front desk customer service and sales experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Prospecting experience a plus
- Proven technical skills; including the use of Excel, Word.
- Computer literacy including familiarity in handling and maintaining a customer database and skills that include Microsoft Office and Internet navigation
- Fluent Spanish
Hours:
- Flexible work schedule
- Successful candidate must pass a 30, 60, and 90 day evaluation.
