This role is responsible for implementing the multi-channel approach of the Experienced & Campus Recruitment team to achieve our strategic priorities of improving internal mobility, growing and implementing Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and improving campus virtual recruitment capabilities.

You will join the Human Resource function in a strategic role to drive Recruitment Channel Management for the Americas based out of our rapidly growing Raleigh office, now our second largest office in the Americas. In this role you will be identifying and managing the channels to attract internal, diverse and campus talent as well as aligning those recruitment channels to the broader Americas hiring goals.
- Identify and manage social media, job boards, diversity sourcing platforms and pipeline programs, employee referral program
- Align recruitment channels to the hiring goals across business areas and establishing Key Performance Indicators and return on investment measures for regular review
- Partner with recruiters and sourcers to build targeted candidate advertising campaigns
- Improve the use of existing channels and tools, while recommending and implementing improvements to current approach, and piloting and/or building cases for potential new channels
- Provide training on new channels and tools in conjunction with recruitment systems team
- Actively manage key partners and sponsors of diversity programs and acting as the main ambassador internally and externally
- Manage local recruitment, internal mobility and sourcing events in our New York and North Carolina offices
- Collaborate with internal partners (i.e. HR Business Partners, divisional committees) to drive a coordinated approach in syndicating the channel management initiatives
- Maintain key partner relationships and business support
- Display excellent project management skills – ability to prioritize, implement tasks and follow up on results in a highly organized manner as well as implement high volume recruitment processes
