Credit Systems International, Inc. seeks energetic solutions-oriented Collections Specialists to join our growing team in Fort Worth, TX.
As a Collections Specialist, you must possess excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. All Collections Specialists will be provided the tools and training necessary to maintain industry compliance and drive SUCCESS!
Collection Specialist’s duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Identify, evaluate, and resolve reasons for delinquency
- Negotiate account resolution
- Accurately record collection notes
- Utilizing a collections database in a Windows-based operating system
- Maintain company performance and productivity standards
- Maintains knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable laws and regulations
- Completing other tasks as assigned
Qualifications for Collections Specialists:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quota-driven contact center environment
- Bi-Lingual preferred but not required
- 1-year Customer Service/Collections experience - Preferred, but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- 35 wpm minimum typing speed
- Excellent attendance
- Goal oriented
