ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Employee-Centric Operations
- Operational Processing: Oversee critical processes such as unclaimed property management, returned mail resolution, and compliance tracking, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Legal Fulfillment: Process legal orders and regulatory requests with accuracy and urgency.
- Complex Research Requests: Assist employees with complex requests and concerns.
- Record Retention Stewardship: Oversee the department’s adherence to the Record Retention program, including creation, storage, and compliant destruction of records.
- Employee Support & Guidance: Serve employees as a trusted operations professional with empathy and compliance awareness.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify, audit, and redesign operational processes to reduce friction, enhance efficiency, and elevate the employee experience.
- Documentation: Maintain procedures to document internal processes while prioritizing clarity and accessibility for employees.
- Culture Ambassador: Models a positive, solutions-oriented attitude consistent with Credit Union 1’s mission and core values.
- Meets the current standards as established for the department in the completion of all assigned duties.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and DocuSign.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to support employee needs.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a collaborative team setting.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and employee experience best practices.
- Must be high school graduate or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- At least 1-year experience in operations, an administrative role, or a compliance-driven environment.
- Responsible for abiding and complying with the policy for compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and anti-money laundering laws and regulations (BSA/AML) and the policy for compliance with office of foreign assets control laws and regulations (OFAC).
