What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Service Representative position at Credit Union?
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide teller services to members and resolve member issues
Cross-sell and educate members on Credit Union products and services
Open accounts and products for members
Accept loan applications and ensure proper information and paperwork is collected
Assist members with issues that arise with their debit cards
Back up other staff as necessary
Complete other duties as needed when requested by management
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years of customer service or office experience
- Prior banking experience helpful
- Excellent listening skills and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Associates degree
