Summary

As a Dispatcher at Creditable Express, you will play a vital role in coordinating transportation logistics and ensuring timely transport of passengers. This position is essential for maintaining our high standards of service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transportation schedules for passenger pickups and drop-offs.
• Communicate effectively with drivers to ensure timely departures and arrivals.
• Analyze transportation routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage data entry related to trip logs and passenger information.
• Utilize transportation management systems to track vehicle locations and status.
• Assist in resolving any issues that arise during transport operations.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills to interact with drivers and passengers effectively.
• Experience in transportation management or logistics preferred.
• Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Oracle Transportation Management or similar software is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions regarding transportation planning.
