CreditAssociates, a leading direct-to-consumer financial services company based in Plano, TX, is seeking an Agency Relations Rep (ARR) to join its team. The ARR department manages strategic relationships with agencies and debt buyers to obtain bulk settlement offers and resolve client’s debt. The ARR department processes more than 25,000 offers on a monthly basis through data files provided by our partners. Through the bulk process and automation features, the ARR department generates approximately 65% of overall company revenue. The ARR department consists of self-motivated and engaged team members to assist in helping clients resolve unsecured accounts and achieve a debt free lifestyle. As an ARR, you will manage agency portfolios and fully resolve enrolled debt using the best strategies for both client and company. In this role, you will gain a strong understanding of different creditors, agencies and negotiating tactics that best help our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly portfolios from each agency and build compatible files to process through our proprietary system
- Create standard offers and present counter offers when appropriate

General maintenance and growth of agency relationships throughout entire settlement process including, but not limited to, the following skillset:
- Excellent communication both internally and with our strategic partners
- Detail oriented: Submission of client inventory and receipt bulk offers via spreadsheet, providing the company the most offers while ensuring the client is receiving the best offers possible
- Ability to multi-task, handling all the aspects of the settlement process from start to finish
- Issue resolution – The ability to identify issues coming from both internally and from our partners, and providing the resolution
- Ensure timely responses to team members and vendors
- Identify actual and/or possible risk issues surrounding client’s account, company process or creditor trends
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or higher education
- Can work 100% in-office (Monday-Friday) at our Plano location
- 1-year experience in debt settlement experience or financial services experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exercise productive work ethic, sound judgment and self-motivation
- Proficient knowledge of Excel
- Proven organizational skills, attention to details and must have ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines in fast paced environment
