CreditAssociates, a successful and rapidly growing consumer financial services company located in
Plano, Texas, is seeking an experienced part-time Quality Assurance Specialist - Bilingual (Spanish / English) to support our rapidly expanding sales team. In this role, our specialists are responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of information given on sales calls by monitoring recorded telephone conversations.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Review Spanish and English sales calls :
- to ensure reps are executing our sales methodology - SPIN
- to support continuing education
- to assess the effectiveness of training
- for legal compliance
- for quality assurance
- when there is a client complaint
- when there is an underwriting issue and work to resolve the issue
- Provide feedback and analysis on patterns observed on calls
- Document exceptional calls and techniques to be utilized in future training
- Work closely with Sales Training and Management
