What We Are Looking For:
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expertise:
- Deep experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Content Builder.
- Hands-on experience with dynamic content, scripting (AMPscript, SSJS), and Cloud Pages.
- Ability to build and optimize customer journeys through data-driven automation.
- Strong SQL skills for querying and integrating customer data across multiple sources.
- Experience leading CRM-driven marketing initiatives focused on client retention, lifecycle engagement, and loyalty programs.
- Ability to analyze customer behavior and translate insights into targeted marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with financial services or subscription-based models is a plus.
- Work cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, Customer Service, and Product teams to align CRM efforts with business goals.
- Own segmentation, personalization, and multi-channel marketing execution to maximize impact.
- Develop and refine campaign roadmaps based on customer behavior insights, market developments, and emerging opportunities within the financial services industry, continually optimizing performance and ROI.
- 5 years of hands-on SFMC experience (certifications preferred).
- 3 years in CRM or digital marketing strategy.
- Strong understanding of SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (AMPscript knowledge a big plus).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Domo, Looker).
- Exceptional problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field
- Recommend and experiment with web technologies that could potentially drive positive impacts on lead conversion
