Busy firm seeking a full-time, non-remote Client Services Representative in our Sherman Oaks, CA office. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented representative, to join our team. In this role, you would be a primary point of contact for our clients, managing inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring a positive client experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and writing skills, a strong customer service orientation and good problem-solving ability. Also, must have good working knowledge of Excel.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on collection activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate information is communicated to clients.
- Assist clients in understanding collection processes and provide guidance on best practices.
- Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-up actions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
