Role Description
As an Account Manager, you will be working remotely from home in an essential B2B role responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships within your assigned book of business.
You are also tasked with deepening CreditRiskMonitor’s client relationships by proactively seeking to meet the ongoing business needs of the client through the sale of our products, services, and additional seat licenses. The Account Manager is the “face” of CreditRiskMonitor; responsible for ongoing customer service, account administrative tasks, new user onboarding & training, and issue resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Execute outbound contact KPIs (calls, meetings, emails, etc.)
- Maintain client records, history, and pipeline in CRM software
- Gain a deeper understanding of client's needs, goals, and initiatives as pertains to both use of our services and the overall risk management process
- Keep clients abreast of new developments and enhancements from our product suite
- Provide ongoing training and education to clients of CreditRiskMonitor
- Uncover revenue opportunities within the book of business to achieve and exceed new business goals
- Facilitate subscription renewal process to achieve/exceed retention goals
- Leverage internal resources as needed (IT, QA, Management)
Ideal Candidate
- An established track record of successful work-from-home experience
- B2B inside sales &/or customer service experience
- Proven track record in sales &/or customer service
- Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a consultative and competitive market
- Experience presenting to multiple C-level prospects
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office Suite, emphasizing Outlook
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Experience with sales enablement tools e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom Meeting, ZoomInfo, Seismic
- Proven ability to learn quickly, be coachable, and close deals
- Self-motivated and highly organized
Education:
At least an Associate’s Degree preferred or 8 years of sales and/or account management experience
Compensation:
- Base Salary $50K
- Monthly bonuses are earned on sales & renewals
- Annual performance bonuses based on KPIs
