Job Description
The RevOps Analyst leverages technology, data, and key stakeholders in sales and marketing to ensure successful outreach in account-based marketing and general sales campaigns. This role will focus on effectively converting leads into sales opportunities by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data from different sources while interacting with cross-functional teams including technical teams and third-party providers. Primary responsibilities include managing the Customer Relationship Management (“CRM”) system to build effective outreach programs for account-based marketing as well as ongoing lead nurture campaigns to ensure the appropriate curation of qualified leads, including scrubbing and maintaining the quality of the data environment in the CRM. Significant time will be spent working with content specialists and experts from marketing and other departments to support campaigns, sequences, and other outbound processes. The RevOps Analyst will ensure operational alignment between management and revenue representatives by facilitating data-driven insights and reports, including tracking metrics of the lead life cycle and optimizing them through direct interaction with sales and marketing teams. To excel in this position, candidates must have a passion for customer engagement, strong analytical skills especially the use of different marketing & sales tools, an interest in process optimization & metric reporting, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for administering the Sales CRM systems and tools, including the lead sourcing tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive conversion of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), while also defining process improvements and operational efficiencies in sales inbound and outbound programs
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics, such as MQLs and SQLs
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems
- Monitor and analyze revenue performance metrics for sales management and individual producers
- Support the implementation of revenue optimization strategies
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments, especially as relates to following industry best practices
- Train reps in use of the CRM system and create appropriate workflows to ensure they are productively engaged with the system
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify qualified leads
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams for process optimization
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce.com), marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and sales enablement tools (e.g., Seismic, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and use of LLM tools and sales productivity tools to help drive greater automation
Preferred
- Experience in Revenue Operations or a similar role
- Understanding data integration and ETL processes is a plus
- Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Metabase)
- Understanding of the financials services or SaaS industry, specifically in Trade Credit, Accounts Receivable and Supply Chain

- Compensation: Commensurate with experience ($80K ). Bonus and Stock Option Eligible
