What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping and Receiving Assistant position at Credo Semiconductor, Inc.?
Role
In your role as the Credo Shipping & Receiving Assistant, you’ll help with all aspects of shipping & receiving as well as order fulfillments, including shipping material management, working with internal teams and carriers for shipment related issues, completing order fulfillment in the system to ensure quarter end close smoothly.
Responsibilities
Shipping & Receiving packages:
· Pack for the shipment and prepare shipment documents.
· Communicate with internal teams and carriers for shipment related issues.
· Resolve custom hold timely.
· Shipping material supply order and management.
· Maintain the vacuum sealer.
· Process the billing from the carriers.
Order Fulfillments:
· Assist order shipment label printing
· Fulfill orders from CSJ & Credo warehouse in the system to ensure close quarter end smoothly.
· Deliver the parts to the testing house for FT & backend process.
Qualifications
· High technical understanding of USB technology and applications
· Demonstrated communication skills to interact with customers and engineering teams to build silicon products.
Preferred Qualifications
· Detailed and organized in documentation.
· Be able to drive and drop the parts to test house.
· Good communication skills.
