The Role
We’re looking for a self-starter with a passion for storytelling and content creation —someone who thrives in the fast-paced world of digital media . You know how to take a project from filming to editing to distribution , and you’re fluent in the latest tools shaping the industry.
This role is heavy on video editing , but you should also be comfortable picking up a camera for run-and-gun filmmaking when needed. Whether you're cutting a sizzle reel for a next-gen defense system or filming behind-the-scenes on a high-end production, you’ll be at the center of it all. You’re also curious about AI and excited to experiment with the latest tools to push the boundaries of content creation.
What You’ll Do
- Film and edit high-quality short-form content across our portfolio of clients.
- Handle all phases of video production —lighting, sound, color correction, and post-production.
- Optimize content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts to drive engagement.
- Develop branded style templates for social media content.
- Experiment with AI tools (Runway, Midjourney, Sora, Opus Clips, etc.) to enhance efficiency.
- Create storyboards, shot lists, and pre-production materials for larger productions.
- Learn and communicate complex technology stories in a compelling way.
