As the Nurse Director for the Critical Care Unit, you will be responsible for overall operation of the department to include all services.
Your responsibilities may include: liaison with medical staff, development and revision of policies/procedures, and ensuring adherence to CCU/PCU/Telemetry/AIC/DHU nursing standards of care.
You will be aware of and respond to ethical and legal issues involving critical care services. You will direct, coordinate and supervise quality nursing care to include coordination of patient care services.

Requirements
- Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing: Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher is
- Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state which you practice and/or hold an active Compact
- A current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) & Advanced
- 3 years nursing experience & leadership experience REQUIRED
- Candidate must have experience in leading and managing an ICU Department in an acute care setting
