Job Summary
Directs the departments activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
Bachelors required Masters preferred. Prefer degree to be in the area of health care administration or health care concentration.
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Certifications :
Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire
Licenses :
Must have a current and active Nursing Home Administrators license for the State of Tennessee
