We're looking for a Facilities Operations Manager to lead our facilities operations and process teams at our Marcy facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and promoting a culture of safety and quality.
You will partner with other facilities leaders to develop strategic capital plans and objectives aligned with our business strategy. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to foster a collaborative and safe work environment.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field and at least five years of experience in facilities leadership or a related field. They must have expert knowledge of process control systems and experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing or similar high-tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of skilled operations and process technicians fostering a collaborative and safe work environment.
Oversee the continuous operation (24/7/365) of utility systems and ensure final quality of utilities delivered to internal customers per the control plan.
Build and maintain operator training programs and career development to enable deep understanding of system operation.
Partner with Maintenance and Engineering to identify, coordinate, and execute planned and unplanned maintenance across site.
