Septic Technician

Responsibilities:

• Driving and operating septic pump truck, CDL required with Tanker Endorsement
• Locating and digging up septic tanks
• Septic system inspections
• Troubleshooting capability for septic systems and explaining to customers findings and recommendations
• Perform repairs and installations in a team environment
• Use iPads to document job information and inspections
• Maintain cleanliness of company truck
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications Requirements:

• Septic system knowledge
• Current CDL Class A or B license with tanker endorsement and driving experience
• Be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
• Proficient with technology and the ability to operate an iPad for all work orders, presenting estimates, invoicing and collecting payments
• Must be able to lift minimum 65lbs
• Be physically able to dig up septic tank lids and pull hoses
• Excellent communication and sales skills with customers
• Maintain a professional clean cut appearance
• Be at least 21 years old
• Selected candidates will undergo a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicles check
