Lucid Motors is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to support our People Technology team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing projects to support adding functionality within SuccessFactors, Workforce Software and Opentext. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex technical projects, a deep understanding of HRIS systems, and excellent leadership and communication skills. As a Technical Project Manager for HRIS projects, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of HRIS solutions to support the HR department's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams to deliver HRIS solutions on time.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
Stakeholder Management:
Gather and document project requirements from stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals.
Communicate project status, progress, and changes to stakeholders regularly.
System Implementation and Integration:
Drive and support the implementation of new HRIS solutions, including system configuration, data migration, and integration with existing systems.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data accuracy.
Quality Assurance and Testing:
- Develop and execute testing plans to ensure HRIS solutions meet functional and technical requirements.
- Identify and resolve issues or discrepancies during the testing phase.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on HRIS or related systems. Proven experience managing complex technical projects and working with HR departments.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP), project management tools (e.g., Jira), and basic knowledge of databases and integration technologies.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and drive project success.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challenges.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
