What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced CNC Machine Operator position at Creed Monarch?
Creed Monarch is seeking a full time Machine Operator to run CNC lathes and CNC milling machines on our Cold Hammer Forged Barrel line. Operator will be taught tool changes and switchovers. Starting pay is $23/hourly, starting rate negotiable based on experience. Previous experience with Okuma P300 Lathe Controls, or Siemens 840d Mill Controls, is a plus. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Job Description:
- Full time position.
- Air conditioned factory.
- Overtime pay after 40 hours. (1.5X pay)
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate a variety of production machining equipment. (milling, turning)
- Understand G/M-codes or other relevant programming languages
- Inspect parts for quality.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned work area.
- Follow established safety rules and regulations.
- Meet production requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Be able to stand for a shift duration.
- 3-5 years machine operating experience required.
- Be able to work 40-45 hours per week, plus Saturdays if required.
